SHIPPING & Returns policy

The policies on this page do not reflect the terms for OUR CUSTOM orders.

ORDER PROCESSING

We ship out once or twice a week depending on the load of orders we get. We will usually ship on Mondays or Fridays, but if you need something sooner please let us know and we'll try to take of you. Orders are not processed on the weekends. Please note that during new releases and sale periods there may be a longer processing time. 

NON-MATCHING ADDRESSES

We only ship credit card orders to the billing address on file with the card company. However, any orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error will not be compensated.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is charged for all orders shipped inside of California. Our local sales tax is 10%. There is no sales tax charged for all orders shipped outside of California.

SHIPPING

USA – Please allow 1-5 business days for shipping once shipped (may change depending on the carrier's schedule).

Hawaii, APO and PO Boxes will be shipped via FedEx SmartPost; please allow 2-7 business days for this shipping.

INTERNATIONAL – We ship orders via FedEx Express or USPS depending on location. All shipments will have tracking number provided. Please allow 3-10 business days for shipping. 

International orders are subject to Duties & Taxes by the destination country's government. The Originatives is not responsible for these charges or fees.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Our policy is simple: If you’re not happy with your order, let us know why and we’ll make it right. 

Please email hello@theoriginatives.com with the subject line of "RETURNS" and message us the details on why you would like to return or exchange your item.

Customers will be responsible for return shipping to The Originatives. Once received, your exchange will be shipped free of charge.
